Notes - The Peppermill Tetra is a new and rare species of tetra, originating from an Amazon River tributary in Central Brazil. These tank raised specimens are much hardier than their wild caught predecessors. The bright red coloration of mature males adds a beautiful contrast to any aquarium.
Tetras, and other shoaling fish, should be kept in groups of six or more.
