Diet - Omnivore. All specimens will readily accept most prepared foods. Current staple diet consists of EBO Sealife Proaktiv and sera ImmunPro Nature, with the occasional treat of EBO Artemia Supersoft

Notes - This fish comes from renowned master breeder, Eric Bodrock. The Sentani Rainbowfish is critically endangered in the wild due to many changes in their collection location, including pollution from surrounding population centers.

Adult males get a beautiful red body with yellow accent lateral stripes. As with most rainbowfish, they are ravenous eaters and will attack anything that hits the surface of the water. Providing a heavily planted tank with a dark background will help bring out the natural colors of rainbowfish.
