The Dwarf Neon Rainbow, sometimes referred to as the Praecox Rainbow, is one of the more popular species of rainbowfish. It is considered a dwarf species, as it reaches around 3" max size. This allows for much more flexibility in tank sizes. Its striking blue coloration contrasting with the bright red fins distinguishes this fish, along with its unique football shaped body.
